For the purpose of our Timeguard App we will be storing information such as user account passwords, product identity codes, and the mac address of the unit you have purchased for a third party, such as a tenant, then they must be made aware of, and agree to this policy.

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with more information for the product(s)/service(s) you have requested. Your information may also be stored on a password protected USB data stick for Internal record keeping. We may use the information to improve our products and services. We may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided, and password reminders. From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes. We may contact you by email, phone, fax or mail. We may use the information to customise the website according to your interests.

In relation to the Timeguard app personal information which we collect may be transferred, processed, and stored at a destination outside of the EEA (European Economic Area).
